Personalised interventions include using the value of data to determine reasonable adjustments are designed in consultation with parent, partner, carer support staff and school to ensure individuals can manage BIG EMOTIONS, find SAFER de-escalation strategies, to become centred and grounded, helping them flourish and thrive.
